Brenda Garcia is a Program Manager with LCC3 Construction Services, Inc. She has been with the company fifteen years. She is a trusted leader in providing construction and program managements services to K-12 public schools. She received her Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Cal Poly Pomona. She currently serves as treasurer for the IEHLC organization. Brenda and her husband, Joey, have three children and live in Fontana.
