Currently a Fellow for the Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) Fellowship Program, Meghan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California Irvine and minor in Digital Information Systems from their School of Information and Computer Sciences in 2017.

Meghan was the External Vice President for Filipinos Unifying Scientist-Engineers in an Organized Network and the Corporate Outreach Coordinator for HackUCI, providing educational and career opportunities for minority groups across her campus. As an intern for the Legal Services Corporation in Washington, D.C (2017), she supported their efforts in providing civil-legal aid to low-income Americans across the county.

As the Administrative Consultant for IEHLC, she aims to streamline the organization’s process of implementing their pillars of Business, Education, Health, and Public Policy.
