Yolanda Cabrera
Yolanda Cabrera was a Colton Joint Unified School District educator and administrator for 34 years, retiring as Assistant Superintendent in 2009. She is one of the original members of the IEHLC organization and served as the Director of Education and currently serves as the secretary for the non-profit. She has assisted the Council in the Educational Leadership programs, organizing the annual galas, represented IEHLC in Washington D.C and supports the Chairman and President in preparing for monthly board meetings and other events.

Rosa Leyva
Rosa Leyva is a retired educator with SBCUSD. She held positions as a bilingual classroom teacher, resource teacher, program specialist, coordinator and a district administrator. During her 40 years in K-12, she was recognized as an outstanding educator. Currently, Rosa is the IEHLC treasurer and has been with the organization since 2010.

Kianna Maldonado
Kianna graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science / International Relations. She serves as a Board Assistant to Supervisor Ashley where she performs administrative and legislative duties.
Kianna has a diverse background in local government and community organizations. She has interned for the City of Riverside, City Manager’s office and Congressman Mark Takano’s Riverside County office. She has worked closely with the Hispanic community by serving as an administrative consultant to the Inland Empire Hispanic Leadership Council, as well as the Native American community as a member to the UCR Native American Student Association.
